Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

  • "Platform" or "Site": The 77vd website, mobile version and all services connected to it.
  • "User" or "Member": Any person who has registered on the 77vd platform or is using its services.
  • "Account": The personal profile created for each member that manages transactions and gaming activity.
  • "Balance": The total amount of funds deposited and won in the account.
  • "Bonus": Additional rewards or incentives given to members by the platform.
  • "Wagering Requirement": The specified amount a member must wager before bonus funds become withdrawable.
  • "KYC": Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

The use of singular terms in these conditions also includes the plural, and applies equally regardless of gender.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use the 77vd platform, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older. The services of this platform are available only to those aged 21 and above.
  • You must register with genuine and accurate personal information.
  • If you already have an active account with 77vd, opening a new account is not permitted.
  • You must play on your own behalf — registering on behalf of another person or in the interest of any third party is not allowed.
  • You must use your own funds to use the platform — using borrowed money or funds from illegal sources is prohibited.

77vd takes great care to protect minors from gambling. Government-issued identification may be requested at any time for age verification.

Account Registration and Security

To open an account, you must provide the following information: full name, phone number, email address and date of birth. All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate.

  • Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.
  • Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited.
  • If any suspicious activity is noticed on the account, 77vd support must be informed immediately.
  • As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, you may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card or passport.
  • A 77vd account is entirely personal — it cannot be transferred or sold.

For security, we recommend that you use a strong password and change it regularly.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to conducting transactions on the 77vd platform:

  • Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
  • Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
  • Withdrawal Time: Processing is typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
  • Supported Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
  • KYC verification on the account must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
  • Deposited funds must come from a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name.
  • Withdrawal funds will be returned only through the same method used for the deposit.
  • 77vd reserves the right to cancel any pending withdrawal if evidence of a rule violation is found.
  • All transactions are monitored in compliance with anti-money laundering policies. In cases of suspicious activity, an account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.

Bonuses, Gaming and Restrictions

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

77vd provides various bonuses and promotional offers. It is important to understand the following conditions before accepting these offers:

  • Welcome Bonus: A 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).
  • The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus will be considered void.
  • Each promotional offer has a specific validity period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found (claiming from multiple accounts, providing false information, etc.), 77vd reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any winnings.
  • Separate wagering conditions may also apply to funds won from free spins or any other bonus.
  • 77vd reserves the right to change bonus terms and conditions. Any changes will be announced on the platform in advance.
  • VIP program cashback benefits: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly, Silver — up to 0.3%, Gold — up to 0.5%, Platinum — up to 0.6%, Diamond — up to 0.8%.

Gaming Rules and Restrictions

All games on the 77vd platform are operated according to fair play principles. The following gaming rules must be followed:

  • Each game has its own rules, which are detailed in the game interface.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the game will be restarted after the error is corrected or the bet will be refunded.
  • If a dispute arises regarding the outcome of any game, the game provider's log will be considered the final evidence.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. This decision will not be changed unless a technical error is proven.
  • In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded. Special rules apply in cases of partial or uncertain results.
  • The platform reserves the right to set or change the maximum bet limit for any game at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77vd platform:

  • Participation in any form of fraud, cheating or match fixing.
  • Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
  • Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account.
  • Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's systems or security.
  • Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
  • Intentionally exploiting errors or bugs in the platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.
  • Threatening, harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour towards other members.
  • Spreading false, misleading or harmful information against the platform.

Involvement in any of the activities listed above will result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of the associated balance. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

77vd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
  • Registration with false or incomplete information.
  • Evidence of fraud or cheating.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents.
  • If the account remains inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).
  • At the member's own request to close the account.

If a member wishes to close their account, they must contact support. If a valid balance exists, the opportunity to withdraw it will be provided after the request is made.

Privacy, Liability and Changes

  • All transactions on the platform are secured through SSL encryption technology.
  • Members' personal information will not be sold or leased to any third party.

Limitation of Liability

77vd will not be held responsible for the following:

  • Loss caused by internet disconnection, power outages or issues with a member's device.
  • Situations arising from server problems or errors from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, etc.).
  • Loss resulting from a member's login information falling into another person's hands, if this was due to the member's own negligence.
  • Disruption to services due to unforeseen legal changes.
  • Any indirect, special or consequential loss.

If an incorrect payout is displayed due to a technical error, the game log will be used as the final reference in determining the correct amount. 77vd reserves the right to correct any amount overpaid due to an error.

Changes to Terms

77vd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

  • Members will be notified in advance of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
  • Continued use of the platform after the date of any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
  • If a member does not agree to the new terms, they may request to close their account.
  • The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page.
  • Previous versions of the terms and conditions will no longer apply — only the most recently published version is in effect.
